Rattlesnake Gospel

Hailing from the mountains of northern Pennsylvania, the Rattlesnake Gospel sound recalls early Americana roots and bluegrass, with elements of folk, blues, punk and soul. Their 2011 debut long-player Tall Grass features 12 foot stompers, hand clappers & tear jerkers, masterfully crafted with poetic lyrics and beautiful harmonies. The 2017 digital-only single Electrical drenches their established sound in 1960’s garage fuzz, backed with a reworking of the Tall Grass favorite “Sophia.” They performed extensively throughout their native Pennsylvania, and the Mid-Atlantic region in support.

Their sophomore full-length Alive is currently in post-production, and scheduled for an early 2021 release.
